How much does it cost?+
A flat placement fee, agreed before you meet anyone. Brand (full-time) placements and agency or contract placements are priced differently. Nothing is due until your strategist starts.
How fast is it?+
Finalists in under seven days for most roles. Start date depends on the strategist's notice period, which we'll tell you up front.
Where do the strategists come from?+
A bench we source and vet against the Adcrate standard. We don't take people off our own client pods. Before you meet anyone, they've had to prove four things on real account work: they read the account before the brief, their hooks are tied to a persona and a proof point, their briefs are testing plans a buyer can run, and they own the loop from brief to result to next brief.
What if it doesn't work out?+
